Introduction
At The Alliance of Hope Behavioral Health Services, we believe in shaping the next generation of mental health professionals. Our internship program offers hands-on learning opportunities in a supportive and professional environment. Interns gain valuable clinical and administrative experience while making a real impact in the lives of individuals and families on their journey toward healing and recovery.
Who Can Apply
- Graduate and undergraduate students in:
- Counseling (LPC track)
- Social Work (LMSW/LCSW track)
- Marriage & Family Therapy
- Psychology or Behavioral Health fields
- Individuals seeking supervised fieldwork or practicum experience
- Motivated learners with a passion for mental health and community wellness
Learning Opportunities
- Interns will have the chance to:
- Observe and assist in individual and group therapy sessions
- Support the delivery of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Participate in case management and client intake processes
- Attend supervision and staff development meetings
- Engage in outreach and program development projects
- Learn proper documentation, treatment planning, and billing exposure
