I am honored to welcome you to the Alliance of Hope Peer Support Mental Health and Substance Abuse Center. Our organization is deeply committed to fostering a motivational and supportive environment for individuals facing the challenges of mental health and substance abuse.

Our mission is clear: to provide compassionate, peer-led support and evidence-based treatment to help you on your path to recovery and mental wellness. We believe in the power of community, understanding, and shared experiences. By connecting with others who have faced similar struggles, we create a network of support that can inspire hope and facilitate healing.

At the heart of our center is a team of dedicated professionals and peer support specialists who bring a wealth of experience, empathy, and expertise to their roles. Our comprehensive range of services includes peer support groups, individual and group therapy, substance abuse counseling, crisis intervention, and medication management. Each service is designed with your well-being in mind, aiming to provide holistic options that address your unique needs.

About Us

Our Story

The Alliance of Hope was founded on the belief that recovery from mental health issues and substance abuse is possible when individuals are provided with the right support, resources, and community. Our center was established to offer a safe, compassionate space where individuals can connect with peers, access professional treatment, and encourage autonomy.

Who We Are

The Alliance of Hope is a Tier 1 Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) offering a range of outpatient services aimed at supporting individuals living with:

Mental health disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia)

  • Substance use disorders (e.g., alcohol, drugs, prescription medications)
  • Co-occurring disorders (the presence of both mental health and substance use disorders simultaneously)
  • Behavioral challenges (e.g., anger management, stress, compulsive behaviors)
  • Life adjustment challenges (e.g., coping with trauma, grief, relationship issues, or major life changes)

Our core purpose is to meet consumers where they are at various stages of recovery with guidance and encouragement to improve their quality of life by providing consumer-centered clinical treatment, crisis intervention, and support services that promote mental health recovery, personal growth, and social functioning.

What We Do

The Alliance of Hope provides Level 1 NIOP/ CORE services to consumers that are facilitated on an individual level and/ or in a group environment consisting of:

Psychiatric Services including Screening, Assessment and Diagnosis, Medication Management, Psychotherapy/ Psychoeducation (Therapy/ Counseling) and Crisis Intervention

Substance Use Treatment including Education, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Relapse Prevention

Behavioral Therapy including Individual Therapy: Group Therapy: Family Therapy

Supportive Services Case Management including Social Services and Peer Support

Other Services include Community Integration, Outreach, Advocacy and Education

We offer resources to individuals as they make efforts to achieve and maintain mental wellness while coping with challenges.

The Alliance of Hope offers a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our consumers:

Peer Support Groups

Facilitated by trained Peer Support Specialists, our groups provide a space for mutual support, shared experiences, and recovery strategies.

Individual and Group Therapy

Our licensed therapists offer evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Substance Abuse Counseling

Specialized counseling to address substance use disorders and support long-term recovery.

Crisis Intervention

Immediate support and intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Medication Management

Professional assessment and management of medications by licensed medical staff.

Community Outreach and Education

Programs aimed at raising awareness and reducing stigma around mental health and substance abuse.

          When you are experiencing challenges with or because of substance addiction and need someone to talk to on a confidential and empathetic level. Available from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm every day including holidays.

          NAMI HELPLine

          1-800-950-6264

          Nationwide peer support service providing information, resource referrals and guidance to individuals, their family members and caregivers. HelpLine staff and volunteers are experienced, trained and can provide needed assistance. Available Monday-Friday 10am-10pm.
