Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, professional care for individuals who need more than weekly therapy but do not require inpatient treatment. What is IOP?
Our IOP is a structured treatment program designed for adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, or other mental health challenges. Sessions are held three days a week for three hours each day, combining:
- Group Therapy: Therapist-led sessions focused on coping skills, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation.
- Individual Counseling: One-on-one therapy tailored to address personal challenges and goals.
