At The Alliance of Hope Behavioral Health Services, we know recovery looks different for everyone. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers structured, professional care for individuals who need more than weekly therapy but do not require inpatient treatment. With flexible scheduling, evidence-based therapy, and a supportive care team, IOP allows you to receive treatment while maintaining your daily responsibilities at home, work, or school.

What is IOP?

Our IOP is a structured treatment program designed for adults and adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, or other mental health challenges. Sessions are held 3 days a week, 3 hours per day, combining group therapy, individual counseling, education, and skill-building to support lasting recovery.
